The apartments at Riedz Apartments Innsbruck are incredibly spacious and comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. As a family, we loved having plenty of space to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The kitchen and dining area were well-equipped, allowing us to prepare our own meals and enjoy family dinners together. It added a nice touch of convenience and saved us some money on dining out. The bathroom in our apartment had a luxurious rain shower, which was a wonderful treat after a day of skiing. It made us feel pampered and refreshed. The apartment also had a washer/dryer unit, which was a lifesaver for us as a family with young children. It meant we could easily do laundry during our stay and have fresh clothes for the rest of our trip. The complimentary Wi-Fi was a great addition, ensuring that we stayed connected and could easily plan our activities in Innsbruck.

Personally, I found the terrace/balcony with mountain views a bit underwhelming. While some may enjoy the scenery, I didn't find it as impressive as I had hoped.

Place was standard and next to Altstadt von Innsbruck. They offered convenient check-in. Hosts were great, even gave us room with bacony.

The hotel's decoration was absolutely charming, with elegant furniture and beautiful artwork. The general areas were well-maintained and spacious, perfect for leisurely walks. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with ramps and handrails throughout the property, making it easy to navigate.

I would have liked to see more assistance from the staff in helping senior guests with their luggage. It would have been even more enjoyable if the children working there could offer a helping hand when needed.

We stayed at Riedz Apartments Innsbruck- Zentrales Apartmenthaus Mit Gruner Oase and had a wonderful experience. the apartment was in a perfect location, right in front of downtown and just a short walk from the center. the private parking and tranquil neighborhood added to our convenience and comfort. the apartment itself, named "Ausgugg," was exceptionally clean, modernly furnished, well-equipped, and warm. Mr Martin Stubenböck, the host, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend staying here.

The location was unbeatable, just a short walk from the city center. Plus, there was a bus stop right outside that made getting around a breeze. the apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the view of the mountains from the window, it was truly breathtaking.

there was no elevator, so it might be a bit challenging if you have heavy luggage. the apartment faced a church and cemetery, which might not be to everyone's liking.

The apartment at Riedz Apartments Innsbruck- Zentrales Apartmenthaus Mit Gruner Oase was absolutely beautiful and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we loved the balcony with a mountain view. The shared facilities, like the laundry room and garden with a pool, were also great. We even received a bottle of prosecco upon arrival and were provided with Innsbruck Welcome cards, which saved us money on transportation and attractions. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the city center and close to a supermarket and bakery. I highly recommend this apartment.

The bells from the nearby church were quite loud and woke us up early in the morning. Additionally, there was a strong perfume-like smell upon arrival, which lingered throughout our stay.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk downhill to the charming old town of Innsbruck. The apartment itself was incredibly clean, perhaps one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed in. The apartment had excellent amenities, including a Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, perfect for keeping the kids entertained. The spacious bathroom and comfy bed added to the overall comfort of our stay. The peaceful neighborhood and beautiful outdoor space, including a terrace and garden, were a lovely bonus.

For families with children, it would be great to have mosquito screens on the windows to prevent any unwelcome insect guests.

Impeccably clean and well-maintained, one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed. The apartment exceeded our expectations, even better in person than in photos. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and available at all times. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, including a smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, and reliable wifi for work purposes. The bathroom was spacious with a great shower, and the bed was super comfy. The neighborhood was lovely and peaceful, with a convenient bus stop nearby for easy access to downtown. The outdoor space, including our own terrace, was delightful, with the bonus of a garden at the back.

A small inconvenience was the lack of a microwave oven in our apartment, but not a problem for us.

We loved the pool and the garden outside, and the location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the city center. The energy of the place was great and we loved every moment of our stay.
